Real Estate Correction?

After a pretty rewarding 3 year run for real estate investors, it appears that the party is finally coming to an end. While it’s too early to say for certain, two real estate ETF’s I’ve been following—ICF and IYR—showed significant weakness last week, gapping down through trendlines as well as respective 200 DMAs. I’d keep a close eye and close any positions at signs of further weakness.
